User Guide

1. Choose your product

Select size, colour and quantity on the product page and click "Add to cart".

2. Go to checkout

Check your cart, click "Check out" and enter your email address, name and delivery address. You can order without creating an account.

3. Choose a payment method

• Credit card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, Discover)
• PayPal / Google Pay / Shop Pay
• Convenience store payment
• Smartphone (QR code) payment
• Cash on delivery

Any payment fees are shown at checkout.

4. Confirm your order

Check the order details and total (tax included) and click "Pay now". An order confirmation email is sent automatically. If it doesn't arrive, please check your spam folder or contact office@lenzproducts.co.jp.

5. Delivery

Shipping is free nationwide. Orders usually ship within 3–5 business days after confirmation (after payment for convenience store payment) via Yamato Transport, Sagawa Express or Japan Post. We email you a tracking number once your order ships.

Returns and exchanges

Please contact office@lenzproducts.co.jp within 7 days of receiving your item, before sending anything back. We will send you the return address and instructions. See our legal notice (Specified Commercial Transactions Act) for details.
